Operation

The Model 4340 Liquid Sampler provides a reliable and automatic means to extract accurate samples of most liquids. The Sampler taps directly into process lines to take a series of precise portions of the process liquid, depositing them into a closed container. With only two major moving parts and modular design, the Sampler provides long and reliable service with minimal mainte-nance and repair.

Four versions of the Model 4340 are available for either an on/off or continuous pneumatic signal.

ANTI-SPILL FILL VALVE assembly features an inter-lock and weight sensitive mechanism which automati-cally shuts off the fill valve when the sampler container is full or removed.

ADJUSTABLE "SHOT (SIZER) DIAL" allows a variable volume of liquid to be sampled over a fixed time period. AMOT¹s 4340 Liquid Sampler operates completely inde-pendent of a flow meter.

LOWER MAINTENANCE COSTS than any liquid sam-pler available today, primarily because it is not suscep-tible to the continuous flow meter action that causes wear and frequent breakdowns.

PORTABILITY; may be used as a portable or stationary unit. The 4340 Liquid Sampler is easily wall or pipe mounted (vertical or horizontal) anywhere a pipeline tap exists.
