Overview
The AMOT Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system provides the operator a window into the process. Easy to use and intuitive, the SCADA system allows the operator to easily visualize the process be it power generation, compressor control or any process or machinery.
The SCADA system is based on an industrial or standard desktop personal computer and functions under various operating systems.
In addition to providing 100% data integrity, our SCADA systems also deliver:
- Object related graphics – provides you with a design of impressive displays to suit your requirements
- Real time and historical trending - allows the display of real time or historical data in graphical form with time and date stamping
- Alarm management – lets you send alarms to display screens, printers and files
- Reporting - customized reports can be produced containing real process information
- Security - users can be assigned both individual and group rights; an audit trail lets you track and record operator actions
- Relational database support - share data with databases using OBDC
- Business system integration using Ethernet and OPC
- Install multiple SCADA nodes throughout the plants
- Communications protocols supported - Modbus RTU, ModBus TCP/IP, Siemens S7/S5, Rockwell DF1, CIP, and many more
The graphics are created on proprietary software packages so we can usually provide a system in accordance with site standards or specific to the application.
