Overview
Our Process Control Systems monitor and control various types of process equipment, designed with a specialist understanding of the procedures involved and the methods of control required.

Burner Control Systems
Burner Control Systems are often located in hazardous area environments, their use varies from sales gas heaters and flame drying to rotary kilns. The burner management system is available as solid state configurable or as a programmable logic PLC system.
Pigging Systems
AMOT offers a range of Pigging Control Systems from simple single sphere Launch / Receive control to the latest multi pig launchers with the facility to safely handle intelligent pigs. Options range from simple interlock logic for manual control, to semi-automatic and fully automatic PLC based pigging control systems.
Filter Control Systems
The Filter Control System monitors and controls the dry removal of particles from a process. The Filter Control System monitors levels, densities and temperature, and sequences multi-filters to shake by either motor drive or pneumatic control and convey material away for safe processing.
Scrubbers
The wet scrubber is used to clean particulates from exhausts and gases. The medium is controlled by the system offered.
The dry scrubber is more commonly found in the oil and gas industry and is used to remove gases such as SO2 and HCI, again from combustion.
Separator Control Systems

Separator Control Systems monitor levels and control sequence valves to achieve process requirements. The flexibility of the system allows the operator to change parameters to affect the optimum efficiency.
Crane Control Systems

Cranes have a unique control requirement - alarm conditions, slow monitoring speeds, control pressures and temperatures, along with direction detection. With the AMOT system, direction is confirmed in less than at one degree of movement.
Conveyor Process Control Systems

Conveyor and Process Control Systems comprise of product and pallet conveyors, with sequence control via PLCs and motor control. Conveyor Process Control Systems are either locally or remotely controlled, often via communications as part of an overall process strategy.
Control Rooms
AMOT specializes in custom designed control rooms and houses as well as control panels for process and rotating machinery. Our range extends to plant local control rooms, manufactured in painted steel, stainless steel or GRP, to individual custom requirements including showers, toilets, air conditioning, rest rooms.
